In late 2009, while working with a couple of clients, I put together a deck to provide a level of education about using social media monitoring tools to provide a watching brief on a brands reputation online and also to understand the impact of online marketing campaigns.

The tool used was radian6 and the company used as a case study was Lloyds Banking Group, who were undergoing a re-structuring program and there was therefore a number of conversations taking place at the time.
